General Terms and Conditions
Orders placed through taxpertzug.ch are governed primarily by the general T&Cs of Zugtrust AG as amended. The following site-specific provisions apply additionally:
1. Scope
These terms cover bookkeeping, financial statements, VAT and tax-return services contracted via taxpertzug.ch. The contracting party is Zugtrust AG.
2. Audience
Services are addressed exclusively to business clients (B2B). Consumer transactions are excluded.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices on taxpertzug.ch are net prices in CHF, excluding Swiss VAT (currently 8.1%). VAT is added and invoiced. Minimum order value: CHF 1,200 (net).
4. Non-binding online estimate
The funnel price is a non-binding estimate based on your self-declaration. Binding pricing follows individual review and written confirmation.
5. Acceptance and retainer
Zugtrust AG may decline an order on objective grounds. For overdue or complex mandates, a reasonable retainer may be required.
6. Cooperation duties
The client must provide all required documents in time and in agreed form. Delay or extra effort due to missing cooperation is at the client's expense.
7. Express handling
Express handling adds 20% to the order total and presupposes that all documents are complete.
8. Data protection / DPA
The privacy policy applies. Within a mandate, the data processing agreement under Art. 9 revFADP becomes part of the contract.
9. Liability
Liability follows the general T&Cs of Zugtrust AG. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, conflict-of-laws rules excluded. Exclusive place of jurisdiction: Zug, Switzerland.
